Powerclean have been busy carrying out important commercial cleaning for Taunton Dean Council. We carried out at Orchard Shopping Centre on behalf of the operations manager.
Our team carried out high level power washing of skylights and roof lining panels that had not been cleaned for years. The council were extremely pleased with the works.
Powerclean carried this work out over the period of 4 days. With a Powerclean jet washing team of 3 and 2 of our trailer mounted machines. We restored the aluminium cladding panels to look like new again. The outlook of the whole area is now bright and fresh. Additionally we steam cleaned all the floor areas while we were up on the roofs. These areas were very slippery. And this is were the air condition plant is kept.
After completion of the commercial cleaning of these areas, we then steam cleaned the pedestrian footpaths and courtyards in the shopping centre. During this process we removed all of the chewing gum tags, all the general grease and grime from the paving slabs and block paviours.
We completed the work out of hours in order to minimise disruption to the retailers and the general public.
